Returns and Exchanges
We are currently unable to process any returns or exchanges on our website.
However, in the event that an item is damaged, defective, or misspelled, a claim can be submitted. All claims must be received within 10 days after items are received. Please submit all claims to email@example.com, with the order number in the subject line. Once a claim is approved, a new item will be sent to you at no additional charge. Please allow 7-10 business days to process all claims.
Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of order submission, as all orders are custom-made and processing begins immediately.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. Unclaimed items will be canceled. Shipping will not be refunded and there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the canceled order.
